POWER ENGINEERING: ENGINEERING – DESIGN – INSTALLATION EXECUTION SERVICES

           We performs the following activities in the field of power engineering:
• Engineering and consulting in power engineering and industry,
• Power plant and facilities design and construction,
• Technical control and audit of design documents, and
• Professional monitoring of execution of electrical works.

           When performing works in the field of power engineering,
it is necessary to execute the works professionally , pursuant to
technical regulations, as well as to execute electrical installations, devices and systems pursuant to the appropriate design documentation, use high-quality equipment and materials produced by renowned producers which have legally prescribed test certificate documentation and producer certificates in execution of works.
High-quality designing and execution of works related to electrical installations pursuant to technical regulations and standards in the field of power engineering represent a prerequisite for safe operation of power systems.

VALUE ASSESSMENTS

        The Company, besides the above-mentioned activities, also performs assessments of construction and market value of chattel and real estate, as well as value assessment of property, equity and liabilities, as well as financial instruments (securities: shares, bonds and other). So far, we have not met with any objections or need to perform a new value assessment, i.e. new expertise in our work. We have not encountered any problem in sale of pledged property for the purpose of recovery of outstanding debts, which evidences our responsible, professional, objective and realistic approach to this type of business with strict following of the rules of profession and implementation of market-cost methodological approach which is regulated by legal regulations. Value assessment for chattel and real estate is the field which we have managed to bring to a remarkable level thanks to our knowledge, fair relationship and high-quality service, which is also evidenced by our reference list.

INVESTMENT CONSTRUCTION AND SALE OF REAL ESTATE

         We have invested into tenths of residential-business facilities, which have been successfully completed within deadline and pursuant to valid regulations. Construction was performed during different periods and under different conditions, pursuant to the current needs. The Company uses own funds in order to obtain construction sites, design, finance construction, execute construction works and then sell newly-built residential, business and garage space. When building, we obtain all of the necessary consents and approvals, which guarantee full legal safety to our buyers. We build knowledge, expertise and high level of professionalism into different-purpose facilities.
The engineering staff has the required licenses for design and execution of construction and installation works.
Besides investment, the Company performed complete engineering in construction of several residential-business facilities in Belgrade for our clients – private investors.
